Cordyceps Sunshine Biotech Holdings Co., Ltd. Following our successful mass production and patenting of the "Antrodia Cinnamomea Cultivation Method and Culture Porous Carrier" technology in Taiwan, China, and Japan, the Chinese government also designated our Antrodia Cinnamomea cultivation technology as the sole entity in the "Group Standard for the Specification of Antrodia Cinnamomea Production Technology," promulgated on April 1, 2022. This marks the CS Group's commitment to standardizing the Antrodia Cinnamomea market in Greater China, and our ambition to become the largest supplier of Antrodia Cinnamomea raw materials is imminent.

Building the Largest Cinnamomum kanehirai Chain Distribution Channel, Capitalizing on Industry Strength and Amplifying Value

CS Group President Dalan Huang stated that the company has partnered with Baoquan Agricultural Biotechnology, the company's Greater China distributor, in Guangzhou, China, to establish China's first mass-production and cultivation demonstration base for Antrodia cinnamomea, officially entering the Chinese market. CS Group also plans to create Taiwan's largest chain of Antrodia cinnamomea specialty stores starting in 2023. KASAER, a direct-operated chain brand, will be established in popular locations such as Dihua Street in Taipei, the East District in Taipei, and Sanfeng Middle Street in Kaohsiung. In addition to selling Antrodia cinnamomea health supplements, we've expanded our product line to include the market's only Antrodia cinnamomea dark chocolate and Antrodia cinnamomea agarwood, a product made from agarwood mushroom and the Antrodia cinnamomea tree. We recently collaborated with the chef who won the gold medal beef noodle dish at the 2023 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival to launch Antrodia cinnamomea beef noodles. A range of Ganoderma Lucidum products will be available in Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium's department stores in Hong Kong and Singapore, introducing Ganoderma Lucidum to customers in even more countries. In the second half of 2024, we will officially enter department store counters in Taiwan, with locations opening in Taipei SOGO Tianmu and Far Eastern Plaza. We will also expand our flagship store in Taichung. By the end of the year, we anticipate expanding our presence in all six major cities in Taiwan, reaching over ten directly-operated stores. Over the next 12 to 18 months, CS Group will gradually recognize revenue from its Antrodia cinnamomea raw material supply and chain distribution channels. This will usher in a period of exponential growth in the Group's revenue, creating greater profits for shareholders and helping to boost future stock prices.
